Show average value of groups under consideration

When considering a range of data categories/groups, the tool now offers you the average  value within the categories/groups of your pay gap, workforce, pay data, contribution.

This is great if you’re looking to identify key disparities across groups & locate where issues are emerging.

Getting Started

To access this function, simply click the three dots at the top right of your charts and select ‘Show Average Value’. Lines will appear providing you with the average figure for each of the binary categories provided.

Hover over the line to see the figure in number format. You can turn this function off by returning to the list and clicking ‘Hide Average Value’.
